1. Agreement to terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SAINT AVE website, waitlist, and any future purchases made through this site. By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

3. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist reserves you no product, price, or guaranteed allocation — it means we'll email you ahead of the general public when a drop opens. Drop dates, sizing, and pricing are subject to change before launch.

4. Orders & payment

Once orders open, all purchases are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and correct pricing or listing errors, including after an order has been placed — in which case we'll notify you and issue a refund for any affected order.

5. Shipping & returns

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the SAINT AVE name, logo, product designs, photography, and text — is owned by SAINT AVE or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting to disrupt it, scraping content without permission, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAINT AVE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
